Now accepting bookings!

After years of playing with The Rodeo Pals, my brother and I have decided to go back to our roots playing bluegrass and old-time music. We are proud to present our latest project. It is a duo we call Kayla and Matt Hotte. Here is a little about us:

Nothing matches the connection siblings have when they play music together. That's exactly what you see when Kayla and Matt take the stage. With 43 years of music experience between them, each has a special, stylistic way of playing their instruments that is a direct result of being brought up in a family with roots deep in bluegrass music.
Born and raised in Ardrossan, Alberta, Kayla (24) and Matt (27) have come together after years of separate projects to play high-energy, high-calibre bluegrass music. Their influences include The Stanley Brothers, The Monroe Brothers, and many other pioneers in the genre.
